Rob Fleschler is part of the executive team at Seabury Capital Group where he serves as Senior Advisor to Seabury Asset Management and as President & CEO of Seabury Global Markets with a focus operating and making investments in early stage fintech companies in the Fiat and Digital asset space. Rob has more than 30 years of experience in the Financial Services industry with a background in cash, futures, options sales & trading, day to day management of institutional sales teams and building global electronic trade execution businesses. Previous work includes major financial institutions JP Morgan, UBS, Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs (London, New York, Tokyo, Singapore), ECNs and brokerages Hotspot, Christopher Street Capital (GFI) and co-founder of financial software development company Mandarin Capital Technologies. Rob currently serves on the Board of Directors for GMO-Z.com Trust Co (a NYDFS regulated entity) which issues Yen and USD stable coins and Spotex LLC, an FX ECN.

Rainford has over 25 years in experience in finance and financial services. His varied career spans mergers and acquisitions, hedge fund CIO and entrepreneur. He has been an advisor to corporations, asset management firms including private equity funds, family offices and emerging manager hedge funds. He has been a regular speaker or moderator at hedge fund industry conferences on varied topics such institutional due diligence, counter party risk, and cost of regulation on alternatives. As an academic, Rainford has been a finance professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University, University of Miami and he is currently member of the finance faculty at FAU. He is a member of the CFA Institute, and former director and currently a member of the CFA Society of South Florida . He is a former co-chair and current member of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County’s Financial Advisory Task Force and a board member of the Florida Alternative Investment Association (FLAIA).
